About

BOBIH – Building Open Bridges in Health is an Association that fosters integration between conventional and non-conventional medicine, with a special focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.

Founded and directed by Dr. Emanuela Serritella, BOBIH brings together a group of highly skilled professionals — therapists, lecturers, researchers, and cultural practitioners — with extensive experience in national and international academic and clinical institutions.

Engaged in research, education, and the dissemination of validated practices, we share a common vision: health as a collective good, the result of an ongoing dialogue between scientific knowledge and traditional wisdom, clinical expertise and humanistic awareness.

We believe that health literacy, the dissemination of evidence-based practices, and the integration of diverse disciplines are essential tools not only for healthcare professionals but for society as a whole.

Our goal is to promote a multidisciplinary approach to health, one that places the individual and their community at the center, creating spaces for dialogue, learning, and shared growth — toward a more conscious and sustainable form of well-being.

BOBIH is therefore an open community of professionals and citizens who embrace the idea of “open bridges”: places where people can learn, practice, exchange, and grow together toward a more mindful, sustainable, and shared vision of health.
